Very unprofessional tattoo artist. Made an appointment with Jacob days before the appointment. He required a deposit so I paid it over the phone. My appointment was scheduled for 5 pm. I live about 50 mins away. We got into New Braunfels about 1 pm or so. My oldest daughter texted him to let him know we were in town earlier than planned if he was not busy we could come earlier. He stated we had made an appointment for 5 pm. So that was fine he was correct. So we stayed busy went shopping to kill time. We showed up at his place of business at 5 pm. The doors were locked and a sign saying they will return shortly. Well we sat on their steps until 5:15 in 103 degrees. Someone finally showed up at that time to unlock the doors and let us in. It wasn't Jacob. My oldest daughter texted him several times. At about 5:40 he texted her and told her he would be there shortly he needed to get his kids food. At 5:45 my daughter asked him to give us a refund for the deposit he stated he needed to have to hold our appointment at 5 pm. He did refund but we did not ever get an apology from him for having never showed up for our appointment. Read Less

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Don't ever waste your time going in or calling them. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever spoken with! They don't keep their shop open during the hours that have posted! ( I guess they just close when they feel like it) so unprofessional! I drove 1 hour to get a piercing by them to find out the guy that does the piercings closed the shop early! They don't have a shop phone.. it's a cell phone that goes to some piece of shit manager that only care about himself and poor him and how many hour he's has to work suck it up you little boy and get your shit together! On top of it all I got the owner cell phone number and tried calling it and his voicemail it's soooo immature for a business owner! His voice mail say sorry you have reached the number of .... and he says none of your business on his voicemail recording! Well that's sure what your going to get from everyone around New Braunfels.... NONE OF YOUR SHITTY BUSINESS! I will be laughing when y'all get shut down I highly recommend Master Minds tattoo in San Antoinio! They have 5 stars and treat you soooo good! 5 Star is the cleanest and most inviting tattoo shop in New Braunfels. Quality work, amazing prices and friendly staff. I've been fortunate enough to be working with Jacob, the owner operator of the shop sleeving my arms. Jacob is very detailed in his work, and it's refreshing to have an artist that can actually sketch out what's in your mind and put it on your skin.
