This week on Dr. Pimple Popper’s Instagram has been extra busy thanks to Dr. Sandra Lee, so of course, she had to end it by doing what she does best: popping pimples, duh!
In a recent Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackled a pesky blackhead that grew into a very large problem on a woman’s earlobe. In the right light, the huge blackhead kind of looks like a piercing, which might be the reason it lasted so long without being touched.
Before Dr. Pimple Popper got rid of it once and for all, she chitchat with the patient and it became clear that the woman had no idea she had the blackhead until pretty recently. Thankfully, that changed.

Dr. Lee popped the blackhead with her scalpel and extracted a clean nugget without the patient so much as flinching. It’s extra impressive considering that earlobes tend to be sensitive.
