I was searching for an apartment near my new job in the hospital at lawnwood and also in close proximity to indian river college. i found college park apts via a sign and called. the manager Gloria was just wonderful and so helpful. she got me approved in just one day and i moved in thre days later. i did have one minor issue with a leaking sink but the onsite maintenance man came right over and fixed it and even heloed us move our stuff in. thank you so much this place is great
