Wenn ihr uns im Laden besucht, wollen wir sicherstellen, dass ihr euch zu jedem Zeitpunkt des Ablaufs wohl und willkommen fühlt. Wir sprechen mit euch und fragen euch nach euren Wünschen. Wir setzen ausschließlich individuell verpackte und bereits sterilisierte Piercing-Werkzeuge ein. Danach informieren wir euch über die Pflegeanweisungen und die After Care Lotion für euer neues Piercing. Es ist so einfach, ihr werdet euch fragen, warum ihr das nicht früher gemacht habt! Bei jedem Piercing wird die Station vollständig desinfiziert, und auch Stühle, Hände und Piercing-Werkzeuge werden mit medizinischen Mitteln desinfiziert. Unsere Piercer*innen müssen Visor, Maske, Schürze und medizinische Einweghandschuhe tragen. Wir bieten speziell entwickelte Piercing-Ohrringe an, die sicher in vorsterilisierten Einwegkassetten verpackt sind. Die bereits vorsterilisierte Kassette wird direkt in das Gerät eingelegt, ohne dass sie von unseren Mitarbeiter*innen berührt wird. Wir sprechen mit euch über die Pflege des frischen Piercings und zeigen euch, wie ihr das am besten macht. Wir bitten unsere Kunden, weiterhin eine Maske zu tragen, es sei denn, sie sind aufgrund der entsprechenden Richtlinien davon befreit.
An frische Piercings sollte keine Seife, kein Parfüm und kein Haarprodukt kommen. Nach dem Shampoonieren spült ihr eure Ohren mit klarem Wasser ab. Danach tragt ihr die After Care Lotion – so bleiben eure Ohren sauber und eure Ohrringe strahlend. Das Piercing sollte mit unserer After Care Lotion gesäubert werden und immer getrocknet werden, besonders nach dem Duschen, Schwimmen oder Sportmachen. Seid vorsichtig bei allen Dingen, die die Abheilung eures Piercings negativ beeinflussen können – zum Beispiel wenn ihr eure Haare kämmt, Sport macht oder Kopfhörer tragt. Der Verschluss sollte nicht zu eng sein. Das Ende des Steckers sollte bedeckt sein und der Verschluss sich in der Sicherheitsrille befinden.
