Come across the Pierce Street Bridge and go through 3 traffic lights (Third Avenue, Gates Street, and Tioga Street). Continue on until you see two, three story office buildings on your right. Parking is on either side of 250 Pierce Street and between the 250 and 270 Pierce Street buildings.
Turn at the Kingston Post Office onto Pierce Street and go through the first traffic light (Rutter Avenue). On your left hand side, you will pass by Goldstein’s Deli, and soon you will see two three story office buildings on your left hand side. I am in the first of these buildings and the sign says Pierce Office Center and has the number 250 over the front doors. Parking is on either side of 250 Pierce Street and between the 250 and 270 Pierce Street buildings
From I-81, get off at the Wilkes-Barre Exit. Head toward the Back Mountain. You will pass by Exit 1 for the Wyoming Valley Mall, Exit 2 for downtown Wilkes-Barre, Exit 3 for River Street Wilkes-Barre and Plains, and you will get off on Exit 4 for Kingston (and Forty Fort). Stay to your left up to the light at the end of the exit and make a left hand turn (onto Rutter Avenue). Stay in your right hand lane and continue straight through the next traffic light (Church Street). Continue straight through the stops sign (at Dorrance Street and at James Street). You will reach a traffic light (Pierce Street) and you will not be able to go any further on Rutter Street. Make a left hand turn at the light pass by Goldstein’s Deli, and soon you will see two three story office buildings on your left hand side.
